For Christmas this year, Uncle Dan bought Emily Grace a gift card to Build a Bear. With a stipulation that he wanted to go with her and be the one to help her! We thought this was a great idea, so while Paul was working Aleisha, Dan, Emily Grace & Noah headed off to the mall for some building time! Uncle Dan helped her pick out the "shell" and then stuffed it (she got scared off the fluff machine and jumped into Dan's arms!), gave her bear a heart, a name (Buddy) and also Uncle Dan let her pick out whatever she wanted for accessories! It was pretty funny watching Emily Grace bring pink tank tops, purses and skirts to her uncle to dress her bear! When they were done with accessories they made a birth certificate and Buddy was put in her special bear box (that was practically the size of Emily Grace!) and she HAD to carry it herself! They had such a great time!
